There will be a Zoom meeting on Monday evening where you can discuss route choices and mistakes from the Mardley Heath event, see how other people ran, and find out more about Routegadget. We had about fifteen people at the meeting after Panshanger and it generated lots of interesting discussion.

Organiser’s Comments

I normally bemoan the weather when I organise an event or some other factor beyond our control that puts a spanner in the works. Not so today – we had perfect weather and lots of runners (170 in fact) to enjoy some great orienteering and well-crafted courses courtesy of planner Richard Watkins. It was also great to see many new faces, some trying out the sport for the first time (I hope they weren’t put off by the challenging terrain – this is not our easiest area!).

So, thanks to all who helped make it all happen and we look forward to seeing many of you next month at nearby Sherrardspark Woods, before which we have our annual ‘biggie’ at Ashridge South on the 27th.
