No special equipment needed.
Entry £2 for U18s, club members are free! Plus £1 to hire the timing chip
(and there are lots of other reasons to join HH)
There are courses for parents at all events. It’s a great family sport!
The league uses courses designed for age groups:
| Year 3/4 | 1 – 1.5km | 10 – 40 mins |
| Year 5 | 1 – 1.5km | 10 – 40 mins |
| Year 6 | 1.5 – 2.5km | 20 – 40 mins |
| Year 7/8 | 2.5 – 3.5km | 30 – 60 mins |
| Year 9/10 | 2.5 – 3.5km | 30 – 60 mins |
| Year 11/12/13 | 3 – 4km | 30 – 70 mins |
Medals are awarded for participation and to the winners in each class.
